Harbor Siege — Privacy Policy
1. Summary
Harbor Siege is a single-player game. You do not create an account with us and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts. Your game progress is stored on your device. The game uses third-party services from Google, Apple and RevenueCat to show ads, process the optional "Remove ads" purchase, provide leaderboards, achievements and cloud save, and help us find crashes and balance the game. These services process some device data as described below.
2. What data is processed and why

We do not sell personal data. We do not collect data from your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.
3. Legal bases (EEA, UK, Türkiye)
Personalised advertising and ad-related storage on your device: your consent. Non-personalised ads, crash reporting, analytics and game balance: our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the game (you can object at any time, see section 6). The purchase: performance of a contract with you.
4. Your choices
- Ad consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): the first time you open the game, Google's consent form asks whether you allow personalised ads. You can change your choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices.
- Tracking (iOS): the game asks permission before using your advertising identifier. If you decline, you still get ads, but they are not personalised. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Remove ads: a one-time purchase removes ads between missions.
- Game services and cloud save are optional; you can sign out in Game Center or Play Games.
- Notifications are off unless you turn them on in Settings → Reminders.
5. Retention
Game progress stays on your device until you delete the app. Analytics data is kept by Google for up to 14 months; crash reports for up to 90 days. Purchase records are kept as long as required by tax and store rules.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, KVKK) you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Because we do not know who you are, please include your app instance or purchase details when you contact us at harborsiege.support@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Türkiye: Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
7. Children
Harbor Siege is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Google, Apple and RevenueCat may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Özet
Harbor Siege tek oyunculu bir oyundur. Bizde hesap açmazsınız; adınızı, e-postanızı, telefon numaranızı veya rehberinizi istemeyiz. Oyun ilerlemeniz cihazınızda saklanır. Reklam göstermek, isteğe bağlı "Reklamları kaldır" satın alımını işlemek, sıralama tabloları, başarımlar ve bulut kayıt sunmak, hataları bulmak ve oyun dengesini ayarlamak için Google, Apple ve RevenueCat hizmetleri kullanılır.
İşlenen veriler ve amaçlar
- Google AdMob: reklam kimliği, IP adresi ve buna dayalı yaklaşık konum, cihaz bilgisi, reklam etkileşimleri — reklam gösterimi, ölçümü ve dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yalnızca açık rızanızla.
- Firebase Analytics: uygulama örneği kimliği, cihaz modeli, ülke, oyun içi olaylar — oyunun iyileştirilmesi.
- Firebase Crashlytics: çökme raporları — hataların giderilmesi.
- Firebase Remote Config: uygulama örneği kimliği — güncelleme yapmadan oyun dengesinin ayarlanması.
- RevenueCat, App Store, Google Play: anonim kullanıcı kimliği, satın alma geçmişi — satın alımın işlenmesi ve geri yüklenmesi. Ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz.
- Game Center / Google Play Games, iCloud (isteğe bağlı): oyuncu kimliği ve adı, skorlar, başarımlar, bulut kayıt — Apple ve Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre işlenir.
- Bildirimler (isteğe bağlı): günlük sandık hatırlatması cihazınızda planlanır, veri gönderilmez.
Hukuki sebepler
Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam: açık rıza (KVKK m.5/1). Kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam, analiz ve hata raporları: meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f). Satın alma: sözleşmenin ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c). Veriler yurt dışındaki hizmet sağlayıcılara (ABD dahil) aktarılabilir.
Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 uyarınca verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Çocuklar
